New: online bookings on your own website
Your customers can now book appointments on your website: service, person, day and time, with email confirmation and reminder, an agenda in the dashboard and management from Claude.
Hairdressers, clinics, physiotherapists, academies, workshops... Many businesses live on appointments, and until now the only way to take them from the website was to send people to another tool. From today, your customers book without leaving your website, with your design and in their language.
How your customer books
You add the “Online booking” block to any page and your customers, in four steps:
- Choose the service, with its duration and its price if you want to show it.
- Choose who with, or whoever is free.
- Choose a day and a free time. They only see the times that really are free, and two bookings are never given at the same time.
- Leave their name, email and phone, and that is it.
They instantly get an email with the booking to add to their calendar and a link to cancel it if something comes up. Before the appointment they get a reminder, and you get a notice of every new booking.
Your team, their hours and your closures
- Several people, each with their weekly hours (morning and afternoon, if needed) and the services they do.
- Holidays and closed days, for one person or for the whole business.
- Your rules: how far in advance people can book, up to how many days ahead, how often bookings start, the break after each service and whether bookings are confirmed automatically or by you.
The agenda in the dashboard
In Bookings you see the whole week, for the whole team or for one person. From each booking you confirm it, move it to another time or person, cancel it or mark it as a no-show. And you add the bookings people make by phone in a moment. Whoever booked gets an email with every change.
Each booking is also filed under its contact, next to their messages, and counts in your statistics and your A/B tests.
From Claude too
If you have Claude connected, you can run your bookings by talking:
- “Set up bookings: a haircut is 30 minutes and colouring 90, with Ana Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00.”
- “Who is coming tomorrow?”
- “Move Lucía's booking on Thursday to 17:00.”
- “Close the business on 24 and 31 December.”
- “Why are there no times on Saturday?”
How much it costs
Online bookings are an add-on not included in any plan: €19 a month per website (€190 a year with a yearly plan), plus VAT. During the 14-day trial you use them for free, and you turn them on or off whenever you like from Bookings, in the dashboard. You will find the details on the pricing page.
Soon you will be able to connect them to Google Calendar, so your bookings also show up in your calendar.
