About plans and payments
What does the free trial include?
14 days with everything in the Inicial plan, no card required. It starts when you create your first website.
What happens if I do not choose a plan when the trial ends?
Your website stays online and nothing is deleted, but it cannot be edited until you choose a plan.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, whenever you like and from the dashboard itself, with no lock-in. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What is an AI credit?
It is what the AI in the dashboard uses when it builds your website, writes sections, translates or suggests SEO. Building a whole website usually uses between 30 and 80 credits, and a page or a news post, fewer than 15.
How does automatic top-up work?
On the website you choose a minimum number of credits and a pack. When you drop below that minimum, we buy the pack with your saved card and email you the invoice. At most five times a month, and you can turn it off whenever you like.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, for every payment, with your country's VAT. You can add your tax ID or VAT number when you pay and download all your invoices from the dashboard.
Can I have more websites than my plan includes?
With the Agencia plan, yes: you add extra websites from Billing, at €5 per month each, and remove them when you no longer need them. They are charged on the same invoice as the plan.
