Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know about design or programming?
No. You pick a style, write (or ask the AI to write) and publish. If you can code, you can also add your own HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
How does the trial work?
You sign up, create your website and have 14 days to try it with everything in the Inicial plan, no card required. When the trial ends, your website is not deleted and stays online: it just cannot be edited until you choose a plan.
Does the AI publish things without me seeing them?
No. Everything the AI does, or Claude connected to your account, stays in draft with a preview. You publish it when you are happy, and you can always undo it.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union: the platform, your websites and their data are hosted on servers in Amsterdam (Netherlands), managed by Naranjatec and subject to the GDPR.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. You start with a clixxii address and, whenever you like, add your domain: we show you the DNS record to create, we check it automatically and the HTTPS certificate activates on the first visit. The versions with and without “www” lead to the same website.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
Plan credits renew every month. If you need more, you buy a credit pack for that website, which lasts 12 months, or turn on automatic top-up so one is bought automatically when you are running low.
I am coming from WordPress. Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not necessarily. In Redirects you see which old URLs still get visits and point them to the new ones in one click, with permanent redirects that pass on your rankings. And what used to be plugins in WordPress (WhatsApp, pop-ups, forms with file uploads, scheduled posts, trash...) comes built in here.
I already have a clixxii website. What happens to it?
