What data we process, for what purpose and on what basis
If you write to us or call us
The data you give us in a form, via WhatsApp, by phone or by email (name, contact details and your message), to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal for you. Legal basis: your consent and the taking of pre-contractual steps. Form messages are deleted automatically after 12 months.
If you create an account
Your name, your email, your encrypted password and your websites' data, to provide the service, notify you of what happens in your account and support you. Legal basis: the contract. We keep them for as long as you have the account and, afterwards, only what the law requires. If you arrive from a link on our website, we also keep which page, campaign and website you came from, to know what works; legal basis: our legitimate interest.
If you subscribe to a plan
Your billing details, to charge you and issue invoices. Payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your card number. Legal basis: the contract and our tax and commercial obligations, for the periods those regulations set.
If you use the AI in the dashboard
The content you ask it to write, improve or translate is sent to our AI model providers to generate the response. We do not use it for anything else. Legal basis: the contract.
Visit statistics
We count visits without cookies and without storing the IP: each visitor is counted with an identifier that changes every day and does not allow them to be tracked from one day to the next. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used. They are deleted after 13 months.
Your choice about cookies
If you accept or reject cookies, we keep a record of that choice (a random identifier, the categories, the date, the browser and an encrypted fingerprint of the IP that does not reveal it), so that we can prove we asked for permission. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
Where the data is and who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Hosting of the platform and the data, and the sending of emails, are provided by Naranjatec itself (NEXTGENWEBS, S.L.) with its own servers, located in the European Union (Amsterdam, Netherlands): your data and your websites' data are stored in the EU. In addition, the providers we need for some parts of the service process data on our behalf and under contract: payments (Stripe) and artificial intelligence models (OpenRouter and Anthropic). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States; in those cases transfers are made with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We will also disclose data to the authorities when the law requires it.
Data on our customers' websites
When a company builds its website with clixxii, it is the controller of its visitors' data (for example, the messages from its forms) and clixxii processes that data as a processor, only to provide the service and in accordance with its instructions. To exercise your rights over that data, contact the company that owns that website.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@clixxii.com. We will reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
Security
We protect data with technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, and role-based access control.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here and, if the change is significant, we will let you know.
