These terms govern the purchase and use of clixxii, the service of NEXTGENWEBS, S.L. (Naranjatec), CIF B97380067, with registered office at Pol. Ind. Fuente del Jarro, Plaza Gerardo Salvador, n.º 1, oficinas 17-19, 46988 Paterna (Valencia), Spain. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
1. The service
clixxii is a cloud platform for creating, editing, hosting and publishing business websites, with a visual editor, artificial intelligence and connection to MCP-compatible assistants. It is designed for businesses and professionals: by subscribing you declare that you are doing so for your business or professional activity.
2. Your account
To use clixxii you need an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what is done with your account and with the permissions you give to other people or connected applications. You can delete your account whenever you like from the dashboard settings.
3. Free trial
When you create your first website, a 14-day trial begins with everything in the Inicial plan, no card required. If you do not choose a plan when it ends, your website stays published and nothing is deleted, but it cannot be edited until you subscribe to one.
4. Plans and prices
Current prices, including VAT, are:
- Inicial: €9 per month or €90 per year.
- Profesional: €19 per month or €190 per year.
- Agencia: €59 per month or €590 per year.
What each plan includes (websites, languages, storage, AI credits and features) is what is published on the pricing page at the time of subscribing. With the Agencia plan you can add extra websites for €5 per month each, or the yearly equivalent, charged on the same subscription. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies at the next renewal.
5. Payment and invoices
Payments are made by card through Stripe, in advance, monthly or yearly as you choose. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. We issue an invoice for every payment, with the applicable VAT, and you can download them from the dashboard. If a payment fails, we will let you know; if it is not resolved, the account may become non-editable until it is settled.
6. AI credits
Each plan includes monthly AI credits, which renew with each period and do not roll over. Credit packs you buy separately are for one website, last 12 months and are used once the plan's credits run out. If you turn on automatic top-up, you authorise the chosen pack to be bought with your card when your credits drop below the minimum you set, at most five times a month; you can turn it off whenever you like.
7. Changing plan and cancelling
There is no lock-in. You can change plan or cancel whenever you like from the dashboard. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew; the unused part of the period is not refunded. Once it ends, your website stays published but cannot be edited, and you keep your content for as long as you keep the account.
8. Your content and your data
The content of your websites (text, images, data) is yours and you are responsible for it: for having the right to publish it and for ensuring it complies with the law. You give us permission to host, process and display it solely to provide the service. With regard to the personal data of your websites' visitors, you are the controller and NEXTGENWEBS, S.L. acts as processor: it processes the data only to provide the service, in accordance with your instructions, with appropriate security measures and with the sub-processors listed in the privacy policy, and erases it when you delete the website or your account.
9. Artificial intelligence and connected applications
Whatever the AI in the dashboard or the assistants you connect generate stays in draft for you to review, unless you give them permission to publish. Always review generated content before publishing it: you are responsible for what is published on your websites. The use of third-party assistants, such as Claude or ChatGPT, is also governed by their own terms.
10. Acceptable use
clixxii may not be used for unlawful or misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights, to send spam, to impersonate other people or companies, or to attack or overload the platform. If we detect such use, we may suspend the affected website or account, notifying you whenever possible.
11. Domains
Your own domain remains yours and is managed at your registrar; clixxii only uses it to serve your website while it points to the platform.
12. Agencies and transfers
With the Agencia plan, the agency pays for and owns the websites it creates for its clients, even if it invites them to edit them. A website can be transferred to another account: the transfer is completed when the person receiving it accepts it, and from then on they pay for it with their own plan.
13. Availability and liability
We work to keep clixxii available and working well, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions, for example due to maintenance or third-party failures. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it, and we are not liable for loss of profits or indirect damages.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version and, if the change is significant, we will notify you by email in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Valencia. For any questions, write to us at hola@clixxii.com.
